*School Site’s are designed to accomodate the increased bandwith and diskspace needs of school’s web site. They are not designed for multiple teacher sites.

We know how frustrating it can be to try and receive support from someone you can barely understand halfway around the world. Our technical support team’s call center is located in San Antonio, Texas (next to one of our five data centers).

Our support team will assist you with all aspects of the control panel, general connectivity issues (i.e. web, mail, webmail, ftp, and database) and basic web site troubleshooting concerns. The support team members, however, will be unable to assist you in the installation of paid, opensource, or custom code (PHP, ASP, .NET, etc.). With that said, if you contact our support team they will do everything they can to point you in the right direction if you need help installing a particular script. All this additional support is included for school sites.
